Reporting to the Strategy Planning Lead for EMEA the Space & MAC Coordinator will engage with colleagues in the team and other key stakeholders as the main point of contact for the maintenance and governance of our CAD records, ensuring they are current and reflected in the CAFM tool.
The individual will also provide support to the Strategic Space Planner with ongoing portfolio rationalization plans and test fits, and to the MAC Planners assisting with minor MAC activity.
Key Responsibilities
The administration of all CAD master drawings, ensuring layouts are accurate and drawing standards are maintained, following the execution of MAC requests. This will require liaison with the CAFM team (CAD Portal requests) and MAC planners as moves are completed. Includes supporting the Strategic Space Planner with the maintenance of our Max Pack figures.
Establish and manage a regular routine with the Projects Team to capture any project related activities that might impact the CAD MASTER files and CAFM tool.
Support the MAC Planners on small EMEA MAC requests (distributing emails, tracking responses etc.). Provide ad-hoc support to the MAC planners should additional CAD support be required.
Administration of Purchase Orders related to MAC activity (details to be confirmed).
Assist the Strategic Space Planner with space planning requests for locations across EMEA including the development of short and long-term space plans to accommodate staffing needs and other business requirements.
Support annual review of Space Planning and MAC processes and Playbooks to ensure documentation is current.
On point to review Facilities Helpdesk requests for minor furniture changes.
Person Specification/Requirements
2-3 years experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Power Point & Excel with experience of CAFM systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
An attention to detail and willingness to complete tasks.
Demonstrable experience within a similar role.
Proactive and positive attitude with a calm and methodical approach to work.
Ability to learn new tasks, systems and skills quickly.
