What You’ll do

• Possess a deep understanding of technology trends and strategies identifying tailored solutions to meet client business, financial and technical objectives

• Assess clients’ Agile/DevOps maturity levels using established frameworks and tools and develop customized improvement plans

• Lead and manage advisory projects focused on Agile transformations, SAFe Agile implementations, and modern engineering practices

• Design and facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to promote Agile adoption and continuous improvement

• Provide thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth

• Collaborate with other Avanade teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

• Manage project delivery, quality, risks, and issues whilst ensuring client satisfaction and value realisation.

Skills and Experiences

• Demonstrated experience engaging with executive-level clients, assessing their goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations.

• Proven to be an autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible, and equally adept at working independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Deep knowledge and experience of one of the following, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, IT Operations, SRE, Operating Models.

• Knowledge and experience of an industry sector, preferably in the Financial Services or Professional Services, Products, Consumer Goods, Retail, M&A, Energy, Utilities, Travel and Transport domains.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.

• Certification in Agile/ Product Management (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, PMP) is highly preferred.
