We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a background in commercial trading to play a critical role in the continued expansion of Snap’s Global Investment Programs team. Working from our London office, you will play a key role in executing our advertiser partner programs, building and growing long-term business partnerships, and supporting the Global Investment Programs team’s mission.

What you’ll do:

  • Own your own book of EMEA-based advertiser partnership agreements from development to signature to ongoing management of deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners - sales, finance, legal, operations - to ensure that Snap’s investment programs are executed efficiently and managed successfully.

  • Build meaningful connections and working relationships with internal and external partners, and be considered the primary point-of-contact for questions related to your deal book.

  • Work independently towards delivering key outputs, and proactively find alternatives when confronted with obstacles to delivering, while maintaining best practices and driving standardization of processes.

  • Partner within Global Investment Programs team on ongoing design, development, and roll-out of Snap’s partnership programs.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Highly detail oriented, analytical, strategic business thinker that is solutions focused and has a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders towards equitable outcomes.

  • Be comfortable thinking on your feet, especially with senior decision-makers

  • Be confident, possess a can-do attitude, and enjoy developing and selling new partnership solutions

  • Be a lateral thinker, able to approach a task multiple ways until the outcome is achieved

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required in business, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent years of experience

  • Relevant experience at a media agency or high growth media owner in a trading & negotiation / media procurement or partnerships/business development role.

  • Relevant experience in negotiating complex business agreements, including upfront agreements and commercial partnerships, with advertising agencies and brands

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Solutions-oriented, partner-first decision maker.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google’s Suite of professional products, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, DocuSign.
