Flexible, Hybrid working - 3 days a week together in London (flexible 2 days remote wherever).

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with a strong background in data analytics, media and advertising. This is an opportunity to be involved in Location intelligence data products and Artificial Intelligence at scale.

You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of data-driven products, from conception through to launch, ensuring they align with our business objectives and customer needs. You will work closely with the Product Managers and development Scrum teams to deliver behavioural Insight capabilities for our Active Intelligence products as part of the product management function within Active Intelligence.

You are passionate about using data to drive actions and able to present your analysis to technical and non-technical audiences. You will have a strong track record of driving change in global organisations. You will be confident working in data environment and able to overcome challenges quickly. You will be delivery focused with excellent stakeholder management skills and work effectively with the business, product and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how data can be utilised to create products that meet the needs of advertisers, media agencies, and publishers.

What you’ll be doing

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  - Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for specific data-driven media and advertising products.

  - Identify market opportunities and define product strategies that align with business goals.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, sales) to execute the product roadmap.

Product Development:

  - Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for data products, including requirement gathering, specification writing, and prioritisation.

  - Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to develop algorithms, models, and data pipelines that power the products.

  - Ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.

Data Management & Analytics:

  - Define data requirements, ensuring the collection, storage, and usage of data complies with industry standards, regulations and ethics.

  - Collaborate with teams to create KPI dashboards, reports, and insights that help monitor product performance and inform decision-making.

  - Drive data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle, from initial research to post-launch analysis.

Collaboration & Communication:

  - Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related product initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

  - Present product vision, strategy, and updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

  - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches and customer presales. 

Continuous Improvement:

  - Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and iterate on the product to improve its effectiveness.

  - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data, media, and advertising technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data-driven products in the media and advertising industry.
