At CBRE Investment Accounting and Reporting Solutions (‘CBRE IA&R’) we are hiring for a Senior Manager/Director within our Client Management Function to join our team in London or Warsaw. Reporting directly to the Director based in the US, you will work in an ambitious and fast growing environment fully focused on real estate.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 8-10 years in data and financial analysis roles. The ideal candidate will have experience building processes and models with attention to detail; Ideally, with experience delivering business insights to C-Suite executive level stakeholders through data analysis, reporting, & strong communication skills. The individual should be comfortable working within a matrix environment, partnering across teams.
What are going to be your main responsibilities?
Developing and setting standards for data analytics and client administration processes.
For new clients, partner with Onboarding teams to take view on contracting structure, which links to KYCs needs and impacts finance set-up. Leverage expertise of functional partners (legal, compliance, finance).
Partner with sales team to ensure client administration set-up considered as required during sales phase.
Post-onboarding, collaborate with Client Account Leaders (CALs) and finance team to build and maintain data-driven fee calculators, billing processes, and AR reviews.
Owner / driver of finance administrative processes - leveraging finance billing team & CALs.
Serve as a liaison between finance and CAL community to build solutions for financial processing
Partner with Executive Leadership and Client Account Leaders to provide insight from financial and non-financial data to enable business decisions.
Drive the standardization of financial administrative processes across the region and globally
Analyze individual accounts to implement standardized process
Partner with CM Leadership to focus on profitability reviews, providing CAL data / benchmarks, roll-out of time tracking, etc.
Review Pricing Model inputs for EMEA for onboarding/client management and maintain underwriting for comparison against future profitability.
Support KPI process and administration for contracted clients
What are we looking for?
8-10 years of professional experience in a finance, FP&A, and / or data analysis or similar position or responsibilities
Professional experience building data processes and models
Excellent soft skills
Finance background and attention to detail
Can operate well in a matrix environment partnering with other teams
Professional services experience will be a plus
Fluent communication skills in English
