Your opportunity
The role will support both COO Business Management and the Business Change & Transformation teams.
Business management is fast-paced and reactive, working on a variety of high-profile activities across the COO function, in some cases directly for the Global COO
Coordinate the monthly COO Metrics process, review and challenge results with subject-matter experts, present results to the COO management team, identify process improvement opportunities
Research, develop and implement an appropriate COO communications strategy
Coordinate and support management on-sites, COO townhalls and variety of governance reporting needs
Project Management may be in support of a live project or planning for a proposed project
Organizing, preparing and attending meetings with project teams and internal stakeholders; following up as required
Responsibility for maintaining and updating project management tools such as action logs, risk and issue logs & project status updates. This may be in different formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or project management software
Contribution to, and opportunity to take responsibility for, project tasks as mutually agreed with the project manager
Opportunity to work with people from across the business, learning about multiple departments and their roles. You will be expected to build relationships with people, and work with them to achieve project tasks/goals
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Actively contribute to your personal development by engaging in internal training opportunities

Must Have Skills
Good analytical skills and ability to apply to understanding and enhancing a process end-to-end
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and good presentation skills
Well organised and ability to manage own workload
Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people across the business
Willing to get involved in anything that might be asked. In any week, there is likely to be a wide variety of tasks from involvement in project meetings, to detailed data analysis, to learning about products
Friendly, inquisitive and positive attitude, enthusiastic and keen to learn
Comfortable working to deadlines under time pressure
Good working knowledge of key MS packages (Word, Excel Powerpoint),
Interest in exploring a career in Business Management and Project Management
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with dashboard software (PowerBi, Qlik) a nice-to-have
