Team/Role Overview:

Creating incentive frameworks within the limits of transfer pricing and finance frameworks, monitor of client performance, and reporting progress to senior management and various stakeholders. The role goes together in supporting optimization work to drive growth objects and implement strategy in focus markets. A key role is to develop the analytics necessary to proactively manage the balance sheet and monitor progress and performance against stated objectives/targets.

The team has the following regular activities: 1) Align principles across all clusters to optimize using consistent parameters 2) Partner with clusters to establish a pricing and beta strategy for the expected rate declining environment 3) Enhance global pricing governance and guidelines 4) Complete implementation of enhanced client level revenue attribution methodologies to all remaining countries 5) Deliver Citi franchise optimization strategies 6) Partner with Treasury to assess assumptions to improve models aligned with Regulatory guidelines.

What you’ll do:

Ensure that the optimisation process or strategy can be effectively implemented to achieve desired outcomes or objectives.

The individual will perform the following regular activities: 1) manage the global pricing framework 2) maintenance of intercompany pricing agreements 3) lead the agenda with sales teams 4) implement the strategies in the different clusters 5) lead the automatization of the BAU reports.

What we’ll need from you:

The individual will have a global role developing strategies with constant interaction and exposure to seniors in the product, the treasury, and other key stakeholders in the organisation.
