This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Aveda Lifestyle Salon & Spa. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Retail Advisor to join our friendly salon team. You will be working in a premium hairdressing salon providing an exceptional, high touch customer experience to our guests.

Duties include greeting guests and providing inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service as part of the Aveda Guest journey making product recommendations and achieving service and retail targets. Front of house duties include the checking in and out of guests, taking payments and guest bookings, and ensuring the smooth running of appointments. This is a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone with a passion for hair and beauty who loves working with people.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate is:• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-presented.• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and maintains a friendly and approachable manner. • Works well under pressure and as part of a team and is a proactive solution finder.• Has previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry. • Able to meet or exceed retail sales targets and KPI’s.• Flexible availability across days/hours.
