MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

MUFG Bank entity responsibilities

Supporting the execution of client securitisation transactions and securitisation origination activities.

MUFG Security entity responsibilities

Provide support to senior team members to assist in the development of the MUFG public ABS franchise in EMEA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Securitised Products

  • Support the Securitised Products (under co-ordination of the Head of Origination & Structuring – Securitised Products), in the origination and execution of securitisation transactions and/or lead the execution of securitisation transaction renewals. As part of the execution process review documentation and liaise with the client, external and internal counterparties.

  • Analyse and produce structural risk memoranda and reports including cash flow modelling with regard to new and existing securitisation transactions.

  • Support the origination and execution of securitisation, inventory finance and receivables financing products to JCIB clients

  • Support SP&SCF deal closing processes

  • Liaise with clients at a counterpart level to relay specific information and respond to routine queries ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Develop a knowledge base of regulatory issues relating to securitisation and developments in the securitisation market.

  • Build relationships throughout MUFG to establish a peer network, gather relevant information and help to ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Where required, support the origination and execution of Inventory Finance transactions, under the co-ordination of the Head of Origination & Structuring – Securitised Products

  • Support the revenue reporting and RWA calculations for the underlying exposures

MUFG Securities entity:

  • Support team members with Public ABS transaction origination and execution

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Degree Level educated or equivalent qualifications

  • At least 4-years work experience in a Bank, Rating Agency or Professional Services firm.

  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Complex problem solving skills.

  • Political awareness and acumen.

  • Interpersonal, influencing and networking skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment.

  • Excellent knowledge and skill working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluency in German, French or Spanish (and other European languages) desirable but not essential.
