Role Purpose

This role would suit someone who is driven, a great communicator and wanting to kick-start their career in property! You will be supporting the Flexible Office Solutions team and negotiating Flex transactions, helping to shape the future of office space.

Key Responsibilities

‒Developing a detailed knowledge of the Flexible Office Market, the range of Flexible Office Products and the Operator sales team.

‒Understanding market pricing & having knowledge of the data sources and CBRE systems.

‒Advising occupiers and helping them evaluate their choices and negotiate transactions.

‒Managing and executing all leads from the CBRE website.

‒Developing a full working knowledge of the typical Operator Licencing agreements.

‒Creating property availability reports.

‒Offering on-going client support throughout the team.

‒Arranging and attending building viewing tours.

‒Providing advice on the suitability of Flex vs Traditional leases.

‒Negotiating and transacting Flex licenses.

‒Developing a professional approach to client care and business development.

Person Specification/Requirements

‒Good knowledge of London (not essential)

‒To have a confident and polite phone manner

‒Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

‒Accurate and excellent attention to detail.

‒Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.

‒Flexible approach to work.

‒Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion and providing fact-based advice.
