What you will do as an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager

·Creating and maintaining a personal and respectful rapport with all guests

·Maintaining a high customer profile and handling promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and enquiries and following through accordingly

·Supporting all other revenue centres in the hotel, such as Rooms and Events

·Attending daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings and other meetings as required

·Maximising sales potential and encouraging upselling to maximise rates

·Ensuring that requisitions for supplies are completed, delivered and accounted
