About this role
Digital transformation is happening now, and partnerships are more important than ever to help us succeed. In this role you’ll be responsible for the performance of the EE Mobile affiliate & partnership program. You will define and deliver the long-term program strategy and coordinate tactical trading activity throughout the year. The affiliate & partnership category contributes significantly to the digital distribution channel. The program is mature but also growing which is an exciting combination.
You'll have the following responsibilities
-Creating and delivering the Affiliate strategy. Ensuring the channel remains within budget and hits performance targets
-Management of the Affiliate agency and future potential to manage a small in-house team.
-Building strong relationships with key affiliates – both existing and new – and negotiating rates and packages with them
-Regular reporting of performance using Partnerize, Adobe Analytics & SAP Hybris
-Working alongside other channels to identify areas for collaboration
-Improving understanding of Affiliates within the business and being the go-to subject matter expert for key stakeholders
You'll have the following skills & experience
Experience managing large Affiliate programmes (either agency or in-house)
Commercially astute and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Partnerize or similar platforms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience managing an agency or in-house team!
Digital Project and Analytics skills
