Global small business customers are a key segment to attend, both in terms of their unique purchasing behavior and their impact in revenue. The Amazon Business (AB) Acquisition team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Marketing Manager to drive global acquisition campaign strategies across Onsite channels and enable more small businesses to unlock the value of AB. In this role, you will drive marketing execution, while will also find ways to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own onsite marketing initiatives to work at both the strategic and tactical level to drive new customer acquisition for Amazon Business. Our ideal candidate has technical expertise and demonstrated experience/success delivering results within acquisition digital marketing channels, with strong communication skills, while working cross-functionally across multiple teams. The right candidate also has a high degree of ownership, with a roll up your sleeves attitude, being comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. This role will launch and scale marketing of existing and new programs, testing and learning to refine and scale.

Key job responsibilities

  • Implement and execute global Onsite campaigns across various geographies and languages

  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance of content, creative placements and customer targeting

  • Identify and analyze data to create insights; build relationships with key stakeholders; and drive long-term process improvements.

  • Establish best practices and drive channel consistency: The Marketing Manager will have visibility across all acquisition programs and will work to drive best practices and consistency within the team

  • Maintain Campaign Health: The Acquisition Marketing Manager will build and monitor reports across active campaigns to ensure they are functioning properly and will deep dive into issues affecting program health.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge on digital marketing practices for customer acquisition, including CRM tools, A/B testing methodologies, content creation, and asset building.

  • SQL knowledge for data analysis is a plus.
