Overview
Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work with an FMCG giant in the confectionery space, delivering award-winning campaigns and driving innovation in media strategy.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing campaigns for one of the world’s most renowned confectionery brands. From milestone celebrations to seasonal moments, you’ll work across a full range of channels to deliver impactful campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic recommendations.
Collaborating with inter-agency teams to deliver seamless and innovative media solutions.
Mentoring and supporting direct reports to help them achieve their full potential.
Maintaining quality control across all plans and proposals, ensuring excellence in delivery.
Staying ahead of industry trends to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to your client.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to challenge clients diplomatically and build lasting relationships.
A solid foundation in both traditional and digital media planning and execution.
A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to add value and move brands forward.
Leadership capabilities to inspire and develop your team.
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
