The team

We’re a friendly hard-working team with ambitious plans as a growth hub for the agency, and our client list intersects with most of the other disciplines (particularly consumer, tech, corporate and healthcare) so our work is always varied and rewarding. We help devise and deliver strategies and campaigns targeting a wide range of audiences with diverse challenges, and collaboration, creativity and flexibility are key to our success.

The role

We work directly with clients and alongside specialist FH practices to deliver best in class social and digital strategy, counsel and delivery. Your energies will be largely focused on:

  • Growing and future proofing existing FH client relationships by delivering innovative social and digital ideation and activations for our clients

  • Unlocking new business opportunities and relationships for FH by contributing social and digital thinking to pitches and existing clients

  • Championing social and digital innovation within the agency by sharing knowledge and inspiration from the wider industry landscape

Your day to day:

  • Provide expert strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of social and digital communications.

  • Develop and implement best in class social and digital strategies for clients across various industries.

  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each client's brand and audience.

  • Scope and manage social and digital projects based on timeframes and objectives with accuracy on hours, skillsets and deliverables

  • Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

  • Produce and analyse a variety of data driven reports on performance across organic and paid, and sometimes on budgets, hours, and burn through

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact for social media-related matters.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth by pitching social media services to prospective clients .

  • Monitor social platforms and digital trends, tools, and applications to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

About you

  • You’re steeped in internet culture, and passionate about all things social and digital Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Broader knowledge of the digital ecosystem i.e. websites, programmatic and display, mobile, search & SEO

  • Background in b2b/corporate social and digital comms an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and articulate ideas clearly.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
