As a Yard Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to assist with organization and equipment needs within the yard, assist with incoming loads so equipment can be looked at and put on repair schedule, and to work with the Yard Supervisor on organizing workloads and daily operations. You will ma intain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations.

What it takes:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 0-2 years prior related experience, or equivalent combination of both
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
Mechanical aptitude
Basic computer proficiency
Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment (desired)
Possess a Class A CDL (desired)
