HICKMAN LAND TITLE CO INC Receptionist / Order Entry in LOGAN, Utah

Welcomes customers with a cheerful greeting in person or via phone or email.  Then directing, answering, or referring inquiries, and announcing clients appropriately.

Enters incoming orders, and assembles in-house real estate information for the title search department. Sends out completed orders.

Ensures reception area and closing rooms are stocked and appear welcoming and professional.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, copying, shipping labels etc.

Work hours Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills both written and verbal (Preference will be given to candidates fluent in both Spanish and English) 

• Proven work experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 

• Professional appearance 

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise 

• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure 

 

We will provide on the job training and a mentor.
