Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Associate in LOGAN, Utah

As a Customer Service Associate,you will handle inbound phone inquiries from customers related to banking and credit card claims. This role requires excellent communication skills,the ability to multitask,and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be part of a team that values commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities *

Answer customer inquiries about billing,payments,credits,fraud alerts,and other financial services.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Ensure customer information remains confidential and secure.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.

Complete assigned duties efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.

Stable job history (no more than two jobs in the most recent year).

Ability to work full-time during the initial 12-week training period.

Must be willing to work Monday and Saturday,as these are the busiest days.

*Pay *

$17.00 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Training is 12 weeks long

Schedule Options Include: 

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm. Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm

Monday,Thursday,Friday 10:00am 6:00pm. Saturday 7:00am - 6:00pm
