Night Shift - Cleanroom Assembly Technician
Monday- Friday 7:30pm- 6am
$18.40/hr
Job Description
TI am seeking motivated candidates to apply for an Assembly Technician role at our client's facility in Logan, UT. As an Assembly Technician, you will produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembling, material handling, equipment operating, and packaging.
Responsibilities
Work in a production environment to manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products in accordance with product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs.
Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
Use strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations to implement mutual inspection, find and correct quality errors, record, and report problems in a timely manner.
Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as the task is being performed.
Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.
Effectively work as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.
Focus on your development through timely and proactive completion of training.
Essential Skills
General production experience
Knowledge of blueprints and assembly processes
Experience in medical device production
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow SOPs and WIDs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in and out of a cleanroom environment
Ability to work on feet for the majority of the shift

You will be working in a warehouse environment where you must wear steel-toed boots. The role requires the ability to lift 25+ lbs and involves standing for the majority of the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
