TTM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Accounts Receivable Collector in LOGAN, Utah
Scope:Accounts Receivable Collectors at TTM Technologies are valued for their experience which is critical to our success. We desire and seek individuals who have Accounts Receivable experience, an understanding of accounting principles and support continuous improvement. This position is work from home and located in Logan, Utah. Candidates who live within a one hour radius, will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities:* Review daily reports to prioritize collection efforts* Email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts* Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations* Act as a liaison between customer and manufacturing plant staff to resolves billing problems, order discrepancies, and delay in payment due to product return* Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates* Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management* Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports* Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangementsEssential Knowledge and Skills: * Microsoft Office (or similar) computer programs, and internet based websites* Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required* Ability tomanage high volume of accounts for multiple manufacturing facilities* Ability to service multiple manufacturing plants, each having different systems and processes* Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy* Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency* Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment with a high degree of accuracy* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and Outlook* Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgencyEducation & Experience: Education: High School Diploma requiredExperience: Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer baseExport Statement:a) Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures at the plant level. c) Provide training, assistance and support to all departments to ensure policy compliance. d) Conduct periodic audits as required. e) Prepare and submit ITAR and EAR license application documentation as required. f) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
