2nd Shift Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

this position will oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, including coordination of shipping activities, monitoring inventory, and maintaining compliance with shipping/Receiving regulations and safety standards
Primary duties and Responsibilities will be:
Supervise a team of Shipping and Receiving Material Handlers/Forklift Operators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Practices strong engagement with direct reports and team members including accepting diversity of ideas and thoughts, sharing responsibility for success, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping employees solve problems and showing respect.
Assists with planning work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, to ensure that activities are performed effectively, and to respond to fluctuating workloads.
Ensure safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Organized work habits
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
Physical Requirements:
The job requires workers to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to step, climb, balance, kneel, bend, and reach above shoulders as needed.
Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment.

Schedule: from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday – Friday
