::: {dir="auto"} - Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects :::
::: {dir="auto"} - Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required (Read Blue Prints) :::
::: {dir="auto"} - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes :::
::: {dir="auto"} - Utilize construction estimating software such as Planswift and Access to create comprehensive estimates :::

::: {dir="auto"} - Proficiency in construction estimating software, such as Planswift :::
::: {dir="auto"} - Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to accurately calculate quantities and costs :::
