Philips Sourcing & Project Expert (Industry, Real-Estate & Logistics) in Lodz, Poland


In this role, you have the opportunity to

be part of Global Procurement Team and have a visible impact on the finding the best way how to meet the challenges of markets and global competition.

You are responsible for

  • Managing activities and/or teams and projects;

  • Ensuring compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles;

  • Taking personal responsibility for the success of the group, unit, department, or organization;

  • Managing relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively;

  • Identifying opportunities and initiating improvements projects in order to ensure continuous improvement;

  • Delivering KPI results in line with PSSC Dashboard and Procurement objectives;

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Graduate with master’s degree;

  • Fluent English is a must (both verbal and written);

  • Min. 5 years of indirect procurement experience in the area of Industry/Real-Estate/Logistics - must have

  • Experience in project planning and management – must have;

  • Advanced Project Management skills (e.g. Prince2);

  • Leadership and team building skills;

  • Demand and Change management Expertise;

  • Delivers results through projects in scope (including sourcing projects);

  • Ability to implement supply solutions / strategies in practical implementation;

  • Proven ability to understand and build total cost of ownership analysis, summarize results and make recommendations based on results;

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills; convincing power;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer attitude;

  • Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in virtual environment with a high sense of business ethics and responsibility;

  • Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail;
