As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process, you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products for BeNeLux market. This is a new transition project.

Your role:

• Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations

• Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers

• Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements

• Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

• Taking part in a transition of processes onsite in Netherlands (4 weeks)

You're the right fit if:

• You have at least 2 years’ experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)

• You know English & Dutch language on min. C1 level

• You are available to start in September 2024

• You have an analytical mind and you cope well with fast-changing environment

• Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

• Experience in transition process would be an big advantage
