Philips Purchase to Pay Specialist with French in Lodz, Poland

As P2P Specialist you will join Philips’ Accounting Operations team . On daily basis you will have a chance to take care of Vendor Query process in the WE market. This position supports cooperation with French market.

You are responsible for

  • Monitor the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process

  • Investigate, propose, and execute the implementation of further P2P process improvements.

  • End to end solving problems raised by stakeholders

  • Reply to vendors requests and cooperate with internal stakeholders

  • Follow-up AP open items

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries

  • Other ad-hoc AP duties as required Position Qualifications

  • Perform month-end close activities,

  • Deliver services timely and in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures,

  • GRIR process monitoring and follow-up

  • Update work instructions

We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.

You will be part of Philips Finance Regional Hub in Łódź and you will report directly to the Purchase to Pay Manager

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • around 1 year of professional experience in P2P/ AP department

  • knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules in Purchase to Pay process or/and degree in Finance field

  • Knowledge of SAP and SNOW tool would be advantage

  • Fluent English skills both written & spoken

  • Good French skills – B2 level at least

  • Well-developed communication skills and problem-solving attitude

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
