You are responsible for
Supporting the International Mobility Partner as the single point of contact towards international assigners, international hires and their family members.
End to end coordination of expatriate assignments and international hires, including administrating and monitoring all in- and outsourced services and activities. These include immigration, destination services, tax and social security, children’s education, partner support, health insurance, cultural training, etc.;
Developing knowledge of and expertise in international mobility and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders;
Processing the end to end relocation of international assigners and international hires, including the Annual Compensation Review for Expatriates (ACRE);
Optimizing internal processes, programs and policies and embedding a standardized one way of working;
Advising and informing HR colleagues, line management and employees regarding international mobility matters, processes and policies.
You are a part of an energetic, dynamic and close International Mobility team, which is a Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Rewards. Rewards is a part of the broader HR organization in the Philips company.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant background area
Fluent English language (both orally and in writing)
Knowledge and understanding of International Mobility processes includingimmigration, destination services, tax and social security, children’s education, partner support, health insurance, cultural training, etc.;
3 - 5 years of work experience in a comparable multinational / culture environment
Eager to learn and proactive mentality as well as a customer focused orientation
Interest or experience in working with different cultures
Ability to stay calm under pressure
