Philips Installation Planner with German (18-months assignment) in Lodz, Poland

Job title:

As an Installation Planner, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless installationsplanning for vital medical equipment, including Ultrasound, Patient Monitoring, and Imaging Systems, across diverse healthcare settings.

The Installation Planner is involved in the handling and coordination of large-scale projects for Ultrasound, Patient Monitoring and Imagine Systems installations.

Your role:

  • You will oversee the allocation of installation capacities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with sales priorities and deadlines.

  • Working closely with project managers, account and business managers, and various customer departments, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all installation-related matters.

  • Schedule the deployment of the service for the installations and point out any scheduling conflicts

  • Check the installation orders that have been created in SAP/other supply chain system of Philips,

  • Select the required installer (Field Service Engineer) in the optimal way – possibly combined with other activities at customer facilities

  • Acquisition of additional capacity from third party companies when needed

  • Order installation material, monitor delivery and complete the installation order after the installation has been finished

  • Manage escalations within the process of installation

You're the right fit if:

  • University degree

  • English and German on C1 level

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and personal management

  • High ability to manage complex topics and issues

  • Familiarity with supply chain systems, preferably SAP and Sales Force will be an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Experience in medical industry would be a plus
