Position: Onsite Supervisor

Location: Client Warehouse

Overview:

Adecco is seeking an experienced Onsite Supervisor to manage our temporary workforce at a client warehouse. You’ll ensure smooth operations, maintain productivity, and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management: Oversee daily shifts, ensure timely attendance, and address staffing issues promptly. Monitor performance and productivity.

  • Client Relations: Act as the main contact between Adecco and the client. Facilitate communication and regular meetings to review performance and plan future needs.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient warehouse operations and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct safety inspections and assist in training temporary workers.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports on workforce performance, attendance, and any issues. Provide regular updates to management.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and support temporary workers, conduct performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting; experience with temporary staffing is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and timekeeping software. Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
