The Landscape foreman is responsible for leading a team and completing landscape jobs in an efficient manner, while promoting job worksite safety and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.
Your Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years experience in landscaping field
Valid driver's license, clean driving record to drive company vehicles
Experience running crews
Dependable with strong work ethic
Knowledge of industry standards and equipment
Attention to details and problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Duties
- Using hand tools and operating power tools and power equipment to complete landscape jobs-plantings, trimming/maintenance and hardscapes.
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to ensure adherence to standards
