Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Environment: Climate-controlled, manufacturing facility

Description: Aerotek is partnering with a manufacturer in the Lock Haven area to find a dedicated Production Associates. The candidate will be responsible for working in production, prepping the materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Prep the working area for production

• Loading materials into machines

• Manage trash and cardboard to maintain a safe and efficient production floor

• Calculate accurate tallies and documentation during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes

• Inspect equipment daily and report defects to management

• Maintain efficient product flow and good housekeeping in the warehouse

• Provide accurate and legible paperwork for database maintenance

• Ensure inventory integrity and accuracy daily

• Operate the RF scanner for movements, barcoding, and inventories

• Assist with repack and labeling operations as needed

• Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment

• Ensure the quality of palletized products and store them according to warehouse policies

• Assist in preventative maintenance

• Follow Lock Out Tags policy procedures

• Perform other duties as directed

Shift:

• 1st shift, 7AM to 7PM

• 2,2,3 day schedule

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field
