Siemens have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to ensure implementation of the RSS regional strategy, guidelines, and targets. This is a General Management position where you will strive to increase sales and service with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) customers, and achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.

We deliver integrated control and building technology solutions across varied and complex customer facilities and buildings. Typical projects include the design and build of new construction site installations, refurbishments and asset refresh solutions. Technologies will include complex integrated Security systems (CCTV, Perimeter protection, access control intruder protection) Fire detection systems, building management systems, associated cabling equipment and integration with others.

You’ll make an impact by :

• Ensuring implementation of the regional strategy, guidelines and targets in a Branch providing services and solutions in (CNI) related sectors.

• Increasing sales and service with existing and potential customers

· Achieving defined financial goals and sales targets

· Implements Safety Leadership Culture

• Deliver organizational strategy with a clear understanding of the industry trends, economic sectors and market dynamics that drive the strategic imperatives of the business.

• Continually reviewing business plans against the organization’s strategic mandate.

• Collaborate with customers to implement new solutions (e.g., digital business models, predictive manufacturing/service, blockchain). Supports the "up-sell" of opportunities along with the operations and sales team.

• Executes, manages and/or controls the full range of field service delivery processes and ensures that customer expectations are met.

• Identifies any improvement opportunities and implements measures to consistently improve. implements potential risk mitigation strategies and allocations to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.

• Delegates work packages within project team, synchronizes workstreams and coordinates interfaces in regard of work results.

• Continuously controls project status through a structured review process with respect to goal achievement, potential risks, and change requests; and takes appropriate measures to keep projects on track.

• Builds relationships with key customers at senior and Director levels.

• Actively gathering and leveraging information to understand current and emerging customer business priorities, problems, expectations, and needs.

• Help employees maximize their own performance potential; planning and supporting the development of individual skills.

• Establishing systems and processes to attract, develop, engage, and retain talented individuals; creating a work environment where people can realize their full potential

You’ll build on your existing skills and experience, including :

• Knowledge of the market sector and experience with our products and solutions to implement services and solutions (Fire, Security and BMS).

• Leading effective teams, training and guiding others

• Ability to inspire and motivate colleagues

• Ability to build partnerships with key customers to better understand their needs and priorities

• Has up-to-date practical experience in project management methodology
