The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of the ERP project life cycle including planning, requirements gathering, processes and scope identification, solution design/documentation, and software demonstrations. Additionally, this position will collaborate on other key company initiatives that require involvement from the Information Services department. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work under dynamic conditions and within deadlines. This position will play a critical role in the implementation of our business system within current and future dealer acquisitions as well as helping to support our operations across Alta's national footprint. Responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to: Building project plans and scheduling resourcesControlling project scope and risk managementTracking and manage project tasks and timelinesFacilitating data and process discovery sessions with new companies and business lines along with documenting findings/requirements.Coordinating user and branch configuration in multiple business system solutionsFacilitating third-party interface projectsManaging and tracking data migration process and ensuring completion of all tasksCommunicating project needs regularly and effectively to project team and executive sponsorsOrganizing, leading and monitoring the activities of the project teamTracking the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding outstanding issuesUnderstanding and analyzing existing systems to implement forward-thinking solutions, efficiencies and improvements.
