Description Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant! This is a contract to hire role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities: Support month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial reporting Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with accounts payable and receivable as needed Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and maintain strong financial controls Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
