Join our team! Positions available for all shifts for many areas throughout California for several programs we offer to adults with disabilities.
Immediate hiring for Direct Care Staff/Caretaker for a specific individual in Livermore, CA. A minimum of one year of experience working in supported living, adult day programs, or working with individuals with behavioral issues is required.
Having a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle are a plus!
All shifts are available! 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10 pm, and from 10 pm to 6 am (awake shift).
We offer flexible scheduling options, as well as on-call opportunities. We provide individuals we serve with Direct Care Services in the comfort of their own homes - not in a facility.
Starting pay: $20/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
