Our client, the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have benefit, enrolment, and calling experience that will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: 6465 National Drive Livermore CA 94550 United States
Pay Range: $21–$23
Hours: 8:30 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST Schedule
This is strictly an ONSITE position- Monday-Friday
Language: Bilingual-English/Spanish candidates

Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST
Job Description-
They Will be working with Acelis Health in Enrollment Services
They are responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.
They will be trained on the specific enrollment process, but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
Must have: Previous Customer service Experience,
They will be working over and on the phone with someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
Good phone etiquette and ability to multi task.
High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required
