Amentum Audio/Visual Support Technician in Livermore, California
Amentum is currently seeking an Audio/Visual Support Technician to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations.
Technicians will provide Basic Field (Win/Mac/Mob/CSU) support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS).
Work with the SDR, Sandia-delegated representative, to design, install, maintain, and support enterprise video collaboration and conference rooms, which provide secure and reliable video and audio conferencing with screen-sharing capabilities in both classified and unclassified environments.
Provide Video production and editing support in both classified and unclassified environments and provide onsite Auditorium live event support.
Provide digital media streaming, editing and conversion of AV media files to be included in media online environments for archival and retrieval for later viewing
End user support and setup of Videoconferences and Videoconference equipment.
Secure Videoconference bridge and meeting setup support within the DOE/NNSA Enterprise Secure Network and DoD Secure Network Environments.
Documenting tickets in Remedy ITSM tool through resolution.
Videoconference and Skype & Microsoft Teams system training support.
Videoconference and AV Systems installation, support and maintenance.
Must be a U.S citizen
Ability to be cleared at the SECRET (S) or DOE L level and the ability to maintain clearance throughout the life of the contract.
Must possess a High School Diploma and at least two (2) years of related experience.
