Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Littleton, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Littleton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the workload of our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your tasks will involve sorting through emails, setting up meetings, and taking on side projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and sort through high volumes of emails daily, categorizing them as required.

• Assist in setting up team meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.

• Take on administrative tasks such as scanning and other office management duties.

• Work on side projects as required, this may include updating documentation and gathering information from different team members.

• Assist in managing the workload of the executive team, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Maintain a hybrid work environment, adjusting to in-office and remote work as needed.

• Aid in new product development initiatives by providing administrative support.

• Maintain accurate records of meetings, appointments, and decisions made.

• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

Note: Given the nature of the industry, the ability to read and understand highly technical emails would be beneficial. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Proven experience with data entry tasks

• Excellent customer service skills with experience in managing inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
