Job Duties and Responsibilities

This Staff Program Manager will be working within the Boost Mobile Platform and Project Management Team under the Boost Operations organization. They will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile and broader Dish organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive on-time, successful delivery of high-visibility, complex project launches, managing schedule, scope, and budget.

  • Coordinate launch planning and provide support during post-launch warranty periods.

  • Effectively manage and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.

  • Prioritize new project requests and manage project backlogs.

  • Conduct and lead team meetings to achieve project goals, obtain feedback, and secure approvals for requirements documents.

  • Provide project status updates to team and Executives, and act as a business lead collaborating with IT to ensure proper representation and understanding of business impacts.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Staff Program Manager, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline, or

  • 8+ years of program management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in the wireless industry preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced in launching consumer market products and services.

  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Skilled in managing and completing cross-functional team tasks.

  • Proficient in matrix management of cross-functional team members.

  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Capable of collaborating in a rapidly changing environment while advocating for business needs and keeping projects on track.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
