Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager’s central duty is to help ensure all projects are set-up for success throughout the life of the project. This includes a number of tasks. Project Managers develop realistic, detailed timelines, follow up with team members on tasks and deliverables, and update reports to maintain a strong line of communication among the internal agency team. It is important that the Senior Project Manager closely monitors each project they manage to ensure they remain on schedule and stay on or under budget.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain tools and reports for project status and next steps.

  • Partner with brand managers and marketing leads to allocate project resources.

  • Build and maintain realistic schedules for all project phases.

  • Solve daily project interruptions and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Manage monthly project finances, including POs, invoices, and vendor payments.

  • Maintain contact with third-party agencies and assist with production preparation and approvals.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Project Manager, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in management, business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience at a creative agency

  • 2+ years of experience working with project management systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Superb communication skills, especially in mediation and conflict management.

  • Highly responsive with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of agency processes and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage team members with a firm but friendly demeanor.

  • Strong multitasking skills for managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Leadership ability without a supervisory role.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
