Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Define project requirements with cross-functional teams, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of business goals.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner.

  • Centralize project intake, communication, and follow-up for retail sales and business development initiatives.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and improve sales processes.

  • Provide regular executive summaries on project status, including key asks for leadership.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and manage budgets and resources for efficient operations.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales program management, with at least 3 years of executive leadership deck building

  • 3 years of experience overseeing event planning/execution, drafting internal/external communications, and project management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict

  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
