Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sr. Product Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic Retail Wireless division. Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy for Boost Mobile, this role is pivotal in shaping the strategy for our retail wireless offerings, including device pricing and rate plans. The ideal candidate will possess sharp business acumen, have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and a keen sense of customer needs and preferences as they pertain to product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for retail wireless offerings.

  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competition and identify trends.

  • Collaborate with pricing, subsidy management, and go-to-market teams for strategy execution.

  • Recommend changes to OEM term sheets regarding device pricing and funding.

  • Align with sales channel owners on future offering strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on customer data and market research.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Product Strategy Analyst, you will have:

Education and Experiene:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years in product strategy, business analysis, or related roles in wireless telecom.

Skills and Qualifcations:

  • Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.

  • In-depth understanding of retail wireless industry, device pricing, and rate plans.

  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strategic business acumen and market awareness.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
