Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Senior Manger of Process & Systems , you will lead efforts on optimizing our supply and demand planning processes, support our integrated business planning functions, and ensure our systems are designed and functioning to support our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing business process improvements, managing high-impact projects, and leveraging advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across functions, influence the decision-making, and drive innovative solutions that align with our vision of redefining consumer expectations in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of business processes within the Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Integrated Business Planning functions

  • Define and oversee the execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations

  • Establish standards across teams to enhance efficiency and collaboration

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of initiatives and projects across multiple work streams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration within supply chain planning

  • Plan and structure cross-functional teams, roles, and responsibilities to accomplish strategic goals.

  • Provide guidance in change management efforts related to the implementation of new processes and systems

  • Oversee the use of technology to enhance supply chain planning processes, including new systems, data management and automation

  • Ensure the integrity of data within Supply Planning systems by overseeing both manual and automated data feeds and validation exercises

  • Supervise the development of system enhancement specifications (business requirements, use-cases, user stories), including new features, integrations, and fixes, providing guidance to strategic product roadmaps and promoting internal alignment between business needs and technology backlogs

  • Manage user acceptance testing and training activities to ensure systems, enhancements and fixes are performed according to business expectations.

  • Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination of system integrations

  • Facilitate alignment between business strategies and key functions such as IT, Engineering, Product Management, and others

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A Master's degree, preferably Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, from a reputable university is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional wireless business and organizational acumen coupled with an unwavering attention to detail, enabling proficient multitasking and execution

  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, supply chain management software, and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools is highly advantageous

  • Proven leadership experience in project planning, business process improvement / management, or related functions

  • An ability to be located in Denver, as an in-office presence is mandatory to foster collaboration and engagement

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
