CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Intern / Technician - Per Diem in Littleton, Colorado

Pharmacy Intern / Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem Highlands Behavioral Health System Littleton, CO As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Intern or Pharmacy Technician at Highlands Behavioral Health, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; and procuring drugs. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule:This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage weekends, with a guarantee of two weekends per month (16 hours), and also fill in weekdays to cover PTO for the full time pharmacy technician. Pay Range: $23-$27/hour based on experience. About the Facility: Highlands Behavioral Health is an innovative, 86-bed hospital offering comprehensive psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. The average census is 70 beds. Highlands Behavioral Health is located in Littleton, Colorado, with easy access to major highways and surrounding communities.CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are weekdays and holidays from 8:00am-4:00pm and weekends 10:00am-2:00pm. The pharmacy utilizes automated dispensing cabinets. In addition to the Director of Pharmacy, there is a per diem staff comprised of six staff pharmacists, three pharmacy technicians, and one pharmacy intern. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Current Colorado Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern license in good standing Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office Effective communications skills, both verbal and written Hospital Requirements (may be required): (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving HepB3 Series(or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine-Full Benefits: All CPS Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match and the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) CPS Solutions, LLC Requirements: All employment offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check, drug test and signed onboarding documents.
