SBOPS (Super Business Operations) associate financial analyst role on the GPS III (Global Positioning System) Program. The mission of the GPS III Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team is to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional products and innovative business solutions while inspiring team member engagement and growth. In support of this objective, GPS III F&BO is seeking a Financial Analyst interested in joining a high impact, cross-functional team, in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly customer reporting, internal leadership presentations, and driving process improvements. Additionally, this role requires maintaining/updating the Cobra financial tool, processing baseline changes on behalf of the team, coordination with the planning team, and analysis of EVM (Earned Value Management) financial data/impacts across the program.

This individual will be responsible for EVM compliance and ensure cost and schedule integration. Other ad-hoc analysis, assignments, and reporting duties as needed. Looking for an energetic individual with emerging leadership capabilities and established financial analysis skills. Must have a passion for innovation, and an ability to support and influence others to complete assignments on time.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.

- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive, data driven analysis.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.

Desired Skills:

- Basic understanding of an Integrated Master Plan and Schedule.

- Excellent analytical and financial analysis abilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

- Excellent communication and leadership in an environment of competing priorities.

- Experience with developing and administering financial databases and reporting tools.

- Innovation, and continuous improvement must be inherent in the day-to-day operations.

- A firm understanding of EVM System Implementation Guidelines required.

- Prior government contracting experience.

- Prior experience with EVM systems / program finance applications (i.e. SAP/ERP, Cobra, Mission Control, etc.).

- Skilled in developing PowerPoint packages and presenting to senior leadership.

- Working knowledge of various Finance functions (i.e. contracts, estimating, planning, FP&A, etc.).

- Proven ability to successfully lead a diverse team to consistently deliver financial results.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $47,800 - $91,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
