Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Strategist with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, digital media, retail, etc

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with Boost Mobile's brand voice and marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with our consumer insights team to understand target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences

  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiatives

  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content

  • Ensure all content adheres to Boost Mobile’s brand guidelines and tone of voice

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline

  • 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques

  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
