Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team, located in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is in the industry of customer service and administration, and it offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing multi-line phone systems, providing customer service, and maintaining data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and answer multi-line phone systems in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and customers

• Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and precision

• Conduct email correspondence with clients, customers, and internal team members

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to accomplish tasks and manage information

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, customers, and team members

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in data entry tasks

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Skills in organizing files and maintaining a neat workspace

• Experience in scheduling appointments in a corporate setting
