Description:

• Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs of the conveyor, bottling and packaging systems

• Work will consist of motor changes, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, changing drives and belts, gear boxes, preventative maintenance, and work on various equipment throughout the facility

• Primary job is fielding service calls throughout the facility to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues

• Common service calls will be to fix stoppage of machines/conveyors, changing bad cylinders, fixing photo eyes, replacing chains, and more

• Preventative Maintenance is a small portion of the job

Skills:

• Preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, Troubleshooting, gearboxes, gearbox, motors, three phase motors, switches, conveyor system, conveyor maintenance, weld, electrical, Schematic

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Open on experience - needs strong mechanical aptitude (prefer to have an industrial maintenance background)

• They have senior techs available to offer training for entry level candidates

• MUST have their own basic set of tools

• MUST be able to work 1 Weekend Day - will always have the option to have two days off

• PLUS - Electrical Experience

• PLUS - Food Manufacturing Maintenance

• PLUS - experience with pumps and hydraulics
