We are in search of an FP& A Analyst to work in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is central to the financial planning and analysis in our company, requiring the effective management of operations, the provision of exceptional customer service, and the fostering of positive relationships with team members, business partners, and the community.

The salary range will be $75,000 - $90,000 DOE!

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing 3M, Accounting Software Systems, and Adaptive Insights to process account transactions accurately and efficiently, reducing errors and fraud risk.

• Using your knowledge of company products and services to manage day-to-day operations, executing strategic and tactical plans to ensure sound operational performance and effective audit results.

• Building detail-oriented relationships with customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations.

• Implementing CRM and EPM tools to maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Leading and engaging team members in daily huddles to support relationship-building activities.

• Identifying and recruiting talent to build a highly effective team, providing daily supervision, training, and performance appraisals.

• Ensuring engagement in community activities to demonstrate community involvement and support, and promote business development and staff recruitment efforts.

• Using your knowledge of business development techniques in a retail environment to generate growth that supports the companies' goals, by retaining, growing, and attracting clients.

• Overseeing the Annual Budget and Budget Processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management.

• Utilizing your skills in Capital Management and Business Unit functions to proactively resolve client concerns in a timely, detail-oriented, and positive manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an FP& A Analyst or a public accounting role

• Proficiency in using 3M

• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Adaptive Insights

• Proficiency in using CRM

• Knowledge of EPM

• Must be able to handle various Accounting Functions

• Experience in preparing an Annual Budget

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Experience working with a Business Unit

• Knowledge of Capital Management
