We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team based in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a COO, you will provide leadership, plan, direct, and coordinate patient and non-patient care activities. You will oversee the daily operations of our medical practice including clinical processes, satellite offices, access operations, compliance/HIPAA, personnel management, human resources, central supply, and facilities management.

The salary range will be $130,000 - $180,000 DOE and provide you with the opportunity to make a critical impact on the organization as a whole!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations and satellite offices, ensuring efficient and quality services in each location.

• Handle patient advocacy issues, including determinations and notifications to patients regarding their ability to continue care within our organization.

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function, including strategic recruitment and retention plans, compensation and benefits plans, career development, succession planning, and leadership development.

• Serve as the Compliance/HIPAA officer, creating and leading the compliance committee, preparing reports, and handling any HIPAA breaches or notifications as necessary.

• Oversee the competency and training program for all positions within the organization.

• Regularly communicate with physicians and staff at outreach clinics to identify and resolve problems.

• Evaluate the performance of subordinates through monitoring work performance and obtaining feedback from patients, physicians, and other personnel.

• Interview and hire executive-level and provider-level positions when vacancies occur.

• Oversee the management of central supply and facilities.

• Utilize skills in cloud technologies, CRM, database management, EO/IR systems, and ERP to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain strong communication and compliance practices within the organization.

Requirements • Proven experience in a COO or similar leadership role for a minimum of 7 years

• Knowledge and experience in CRM and Database management

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations

• Experience in managing Contracts

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

• Proven strategic planning and business development experience

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions that benefit the company's financial health and growth

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team coordination, coaching, and development

• Ability to travel as required.
