While working with a team this position has the responsibility of helping Hugg and Hall grow through reporting and analytics, assisting with the development and future maintenance of all product support applications, and corroborating with our employees to offer support for our ERP and CRM solutions.

Job Duties (Technical Responsibilities):

  • Develop, Maintain, and Distribute business systems-related reporting. This includes developing and maintaining all internal and external reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and other reporting software.

  • Assist in the development of best practices, systems and procedures as it relates to the business. Assist in development and implementation of apps via a low/no code development solution, when needed.

  • Document new or update existing operational procedures and processes with direction from Operational Management Team.

  • Be a help desk resource for end users of our operating system by helping solve technical glitches that occur during our everyday use. Maintain and monitor internal support tickets and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with the ERP provider to address any enhancements, trouble tickets, and general operation of our ERP and CRM.

Other Duties (Corporate Responsibilities):

  • This position will interact with and engage all departments in the interest of improving operational efficiency and maximization of technology to keep a competitive edge.

  • Manage user issues and requests that may require significant changes to the ERP design and functionality and suggest when direct meetings with the ERP support team may be needed.

  • Act as the liaison between IT and business user, job function requires understanding business processes in order to develop IT solutions as they relate to different IT and business functions.

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Basic understanding of IT resources and advancing technology.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize numerous request and projects from different users and business functions.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Fluent in Microsoft 365 products with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent in SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL, Redshift, or other SQL based data languages.

  • Proficient knowledge and skill of report building software such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Basic understanding of HTML.

  • Ability to foster a strong sense of teamwork.

  • Ability to be efficient and effective in time management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Managing Information Systems, Business Analytics or similar field of study.

OR

Associate degree in business or professional certificate in data languages with related work experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions

This position will be working in indoor office environment with a controlled climate.

This position may travel to other company locations. The normal auto hazards will apply.

This position requires sitting at a computer desk for extended periods of time with use of a computer keyboard and use of hands to type.

This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication.
